On my path to becoming a Life Coach, I’ve been an international advertising executive in Amsterdam, a yoga instructor, and founder and leader of a marketing consultancy. I live, work, and play in Bend Oregon with my three amazing children and my yellow lab, Sabrina. I enjoy traveling, practicing yoga, jogging, hiking, and going on adventures with my kids.
My coaching practice took a new direction in 2023 when I experienced a huge life transition – divorce. My divorce journey has shaped and influenced me in such radical and profound ways that I have dedicated my practice to helping other women who are going through separation/divorce. To say I have found my calling is true, but it really found me. I am no longer swimming against the current, but embracing my divorce and my career to help other women navigate these waters.
My approach is empathetic and curious. I am not afraid to go deep into the darkness (the void as I call it) as I have sat in the space of transition where I didn’t know what to do, where to go, or who I was. I believe this is where the real growth happens – when we surrender to the unknown. I was scared (alone in my bedroom crying). I felt fear and courage simultaneously. And it was when I accepted that this was where I needed to be that I finally was able to see the light that was waiting for me.
And the light…it shines brightly when you are awake and open to seeing it. As one grows and transforms from “we” to “me”, you discover parts of yourself that were dormant. This process is a conscious awakening to the new version of oneself – what I call the 2.0 self. It’s so exciting and powerful!
It is through this lens that I coach and guide women who are struggling in their marriage, through separation or divorce. Together we create a space for expressing the rainbow of emotions. We don’t shy away from tears, laughter, swearing, and pausing for deep breaths. In addition to 1:1 coaching, I developed a 6-week program (small group and 1:1 coaching) that focuses on forgiveness, self-love, awareness, gratitude, and the exploring one’s future-self.

What is my philosophy of Life Coaching?
I am a Newfield Certified Ontological Coach. This type of Life Coaching takes into consideration the whole being, exploring new possibilities through body, language, and emotion. This deep transformative work is founded upon trust and mutual respect. My philosophy is rooted in openness and transparency, empathy and compassion.
